Due to its close proximity to Portland, Gresham is served by both the MAX light Rail Blue Line and the TriMet bus system. Gresham is also just a few miles from Mount Hood, Multnomah Falls, and the Columbia River Gorge, making it the perfect spot for folks who love city life and escaping to Oregon's abundant natural beauty. Gresham was incorporated in 1905. Its long civic history means that many of the city’s local sites are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, including the Louise Home Hospital and Residence Hall, the Gresham Carnegie Library, and the Charles and Fae Olson House. There are a number of parks, including Main City Park, Red Sunset Park, and Clatsop Butte Park, which is just south of Powell Butte between Portland and Gresham. There are several trails in Gresham for cyclists and walkers, including the 21-mile Springwater Corridor, which follows an old railway line through Gresham over to Portland. "Working with Amy, and buying our house was a wonderful experience. She made the entire process easy and was available to us 24/7. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was always prepared and ahead of the next step in the home buying/ and finding a home journey. Amy provided a low stress and efficient expertise while working very hard to find the best home for us. We are very impressed with how she was able to negotiate the best price for us so we got the best bang for our buck!! I would highly recommend Amy if your looking for a no hassle, smooth and comfortable experience! For a Knowledgeable Expert to represent you that will respond immediately, and will negotiate the best deal for you while making the buy/selling process easy, Choose Amy!!"
"Amy exhibited excitement and interest in my parents' home as well as working with a pair of seniors (my husband and I) that had a very limited budget and energy to prepare for this sale. The house had some necessary repairs as well as needing to go through probate court for the final process. She researched, helped us gain curb appeal with suggestions, picked up shrubs and washed windows with us! The list goes on!! We've worked with other agents in the past and Amy's actions far surpass any previously used including those from the "Million Dollar Club". Amy even chose to support me at the signing because she knew this was an emotional "letting go" for me. My husband and I would quickly recommend Amy Bebo for her efficiency, knowledge, interest to learn, friendliness, helpfulness, and so much more!"
"Amy was amazing to work with! My husband and I just recently purchased a home with Amy. When we started looking we had certain things we had in mind but once we started looking we realized we had different ideas. Amy was so patient, helpful and honest through the entire process. She always made sure we understood every single step of the process and were always informed. Amy was always on the lookout for properties for us and was open and honest when we sent her potential properties. Not only did we find an amazing real estate agent but also made a great friendship through the process !"
